Tara has worked in the legal profession since 2006, primarily in the field of civil litigation. She has extensive experience with motor vehicle accident claims, both from the Plaintiff and Defence perspective.

Tara started her career with the Merchant Law Group in 2006 in a Plaintiff focused practice that dealt with various matters including personal injury, marine law, and wills and estates. In 2014, Tara started as a paralegal as part of the in-house legal defence team at ICBC, where she was employed until starting at Carfra Lawton in 2021.
